How To Perform Fingers push Ups

- Start with being on a table position and be on your all fours and spread your hands a little wider than your shoulder.
- Now get your legs back and make a bridge like structure with your body.
- Now engage your core by pushing your belly button push in inwards towards your spine.
- Now slowly get on your fingers, have a small distance between each finger,do not make the distance big as it can cause you injury.
- Now go down by bending your elbows up to 90 degrees.
- Then slowly press on your fingers and come all the way up to the starting position.

These are variations of this simple exercise.
Knee fingers variation
This is for those people who had a hard time doing the real form of this exercise as it helps then reduce some of their bodyweight by having support from their knees.
Three fingers variation
Now this one is more challenging than the classic one. In this instead of using all of your ten fingertips just use three fingertips from both your hands. Three fingertips of left and three of right hand shoulde be used.
Two fingertips push-up
This one just like the three one, the only catch here is that you have to use two fingertips of your left and two of your right hand.
One hand variation
Now this is a big challenge. Do this exercise by just using the finger-tips of your one hand. Your other hand shoulde be at your back and should always remain neutral in this. If you feel this to much challenging than first master the classic one and use your knees to reduce the amount of force.
Two finger-tips one hand push-up
This is the last and the most challenging form of this exercise. It is also known as bruce lee's push-up. In this you have to use only two finger-tips of your one hand.
